DAY 1 - Arrive in Cairo

After arriving at Cairo International Airport, you will be met and assisted by our representatives. We will then transfer to the hotel, where you will check-in.

Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 2 - The Classical Tour of Cairo

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart to visit the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx. Next up is a visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, housing the most magnificent treasures of Tutankhamun. We will have lunch during the tours, then return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 - Touring through Cairo's Islamic History

Optional Tour: Visit the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque within the walls of the Citadel of Saladin; the 2 mosques of Sultan Hassan & Sultan Rifae; and Old Coptic Cairo which has the Hanging Church, Abu Serga, and Ben Ezra. Finally, we will make our stop at Khan el Khalili Bazaar. Lunch at a local restaurant will be on us during the trip.

At night, you get a Complementary Dinner on the Scarabee Nile Cruise, where you can witness Egyptian performance from belly dancing to the classic Tanoura show.

DAY 4 - Fly to Aswan - High Dam - Old Dam - Philae Temple - Elephantine Island - Botanical Garden

After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and take a flight to Aswan, where we will board the cruise. Lunch will be served on board, and we will proceed with the visits of Aswan including the High Dam, the Old Dam, Temple of Philae, and a felucca tour (Egyptian boat) around the Elephantine Island & Botanical Garden.

Dinner and overnight on the cruise.

DAY 5 - Sail to Kom Ombo - Kom Ombo Temple - Sail to Edfu

After breakfast and lunch on board the cruise, we wil begin our sail to Kom Ombo, where we will visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to Gods Sobek and Haroeris. We will then sail to Edfu.

Dinner and overnight on the cruise.

DAY 6 - Edfu Temple - Sail to Esna Lock - Sail to Luxor - East Bank (Karnak & Luxor Temples)

After breakfast on board of the cruise, we will visit the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the God Horus. We will then sail to Esna Lock. Lunch will be served during the sail. We will cross Esna Lock and continue sailing all the way to Luxor, with dinner served on board of the cruise.

Upon arrival in Luxor, we will visit the East Bank of the Nile, which includes the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor.

DAY 7 - West Bank (Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut Temple - Colossi of Memnon) - Hurhghada

After breakfast, we will check-out from the cruise. We will then take a bus to visit the West Bank of the Nile, which includes the Valley of Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari, and the 2 Colossi of Memnon.

After tours, we will then depart to Hurghada beach town via A/C bus. We will check-in at the hotel, and the rest of the day is yours.

DAY 8 - Free beach day in Hurghada

After breakfast at the hotel, you can enjoy the rest of your day at the pool & beach. There is a walkway that takes you right to the middle of the sea, as well as kitesurfing and snorkeling options. Or you can unwind in our spa parlor and get yourself a relaxing massage!

DAY 9 - Departure to Hurghada Airport

After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will depart to Hurghada Airport, where you will catch your flight to Cairo.

Do I need a visa to travel to Egypt?
For most nationalities, you can get a Visa at the Egyptian Airport upon arrival. The cost of the visa is USD 25. For other nationalities, you will have to consult with your local Egyptian embassy to get the visa from your country.

The best time to travel to Egypt is in winter season. When it’s cloudy in Europe, it’s very sunny here in Egypt. Temperatures do drop so pack a jacket, but you can also head to our sunny destinations in the North Coast or the Red Sea for year-round sun!
Do people in Egypt speak English?
For the most part, yes. You will be able to get around with English only. You will find English menus in most restaurants, and you will find a lot of the billboards blaring messages in English too. You might even feel right at home!
