Policies:
General Conditions on Materialization:
- Jaz Cruises reserves the right to exchange passengers from one ship to another similar or superior ship according to the best operational availability for the operational and navigational season.
- Jaz Cruises reserves the right to cancel any departure 90 days in the season if the ship is sold as a charter.JAZ shall use its best efforts to offer alternate accommodation.
- Jaz Cruises may request a stop sale at any point to prevent a possible overbooking; this is subject to consultation and agreement with the Tour Operator
Itinerary (Possible Changes):
- Jaz Cruises reserves the right to amend the day-to-day itinerary as required by the Nile Authority, and or due to lock opening/closing times, rail and road bridge opening/closing times and the level of water in the Nile.
- Such changes will be notified in advance whenever possible or on a day-to-day basis if necessary, during a cruise with a Tour Leader/ Guide lecture or ship management might cruising will be avoided.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation will be accepted without penalties provided a written notice is received 90 days before the requested sailing date.
- cancellation fees will be levied according to the following conditions:
- If cancellation is received 89-61 days before the sailing date, 25% of the total amount will be charged.
- If cancellation is received 60 -41 days before the sailing date, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- If cancellation is received 40 - 31 days before the sailing date, 75% of the total amount will be charged.
- If cancellation is received 30 or lease days before the sailing date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- No TPL Cabins Available.
- Drinks will be Charged Per Consumption and to be paid on the Boat.
- Travco reserves the right to pass on to you any increase in fuel costs.
Governmental Unexpected increases:
Any increase imposed by the Egyptian government on fuel, taxes, entrance fees, sales tax, beverage or any other service-related whether direct or indirect Jaz Cruises will have the right state in this contract to add such increases accordingly. In this case, the sales tax increased during the season.Meal Plan & all-inclusive concepts:
Accommodation starts with lunch on the first day and ends with breakfast on the last day. Check-out time will be at 10:00 A.M., drinks will be offered for all-inclusive clients till 12h00 noontime Clients checking in after lunch will start with dinner and end with lunch.
